Beskrivelse

ASTRALFLIX SHC is the first app designed specifically to help you achieve Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs) using your Garmin watch. HOW IT WORKS Your heart rate naturally slows down as you enter deep sleep and REM phases — the ideal state for an OBE. ASTRALFLIX SHC monitors your heart rate continuously and sends a discreet vibration alert the moment your pulse reaches your chosen threshold. FEATURES - Real-time heart rate monitoring during sleep - Customizable HR threshold (default: 50 bpm) - 3 gentle vibration pulses when your target is reached - 5-minute cooldown between alerts - Live alert counter - Black & gold display — easy to read in the dark HOW TO USE 1. Put on your Garmin watch before sleep 2. Launch ASTRALFLIX SHC from the apps menu 3. When your heart rate drops to threshold → 3 vibrations on your wrist 4. This is your signal: ideal state for an OBE TECHNIQUES: WILD, WBTB, DEILD, FILD ABOUT ASTRALFLIX The leading OBE platform astralflix.com
