It shows the degrees with the correct letter C or F following the temperature setting. Long press Each pie opens the relevant Garmin analysis screen on a long press. A long press on the date opens the calendar. Live body data Heart rate, Pulse Ox, respiration, stress and Body Battery read what the watch currently shows, refreshed continuously. Presets Three slots to store a full configuration and load it back: colours, pies, central fields and goals. Display menu The Display menu has been redesigned for clarity: a dedicated Units section for distance, weight, height and temperature, and direct toggles for the switches rather than nested menus.
