Beskrivelse

Nervous System Nudge notices when your body is getting wound up before you do. When your heart rate stays up while you're sitting still, your watch gives one gentle buzz and asks "What's going on?". One press to answer, and your answers teach it what wound up looks like for you, not for an average person. It needs the Nervous System Nudge iPhone app, which is in a closed test. An Android app is coming soon.
