Beskrivelse

No more bonking on the mountain: this data field reminds you to eat and drink – based on what you actually burn, not blindly every 20 minutes. • "Fuel in 11 min", "Drink in 6 min" – always in view • When a portion is due, the watch vibrates and shows EAT 25 g or DRINK 150 ml in big letters • Automatic from calories: your watch's calorie count sets your need (30–90 g carbs per hour) • Or set it yourself: 30 to 120 g per hour, fluid 300 ml to 1 l per hour • Your portion, your sip: gel or bar with 5 to 120 g (e.g. 25, 30, 40, 45 g), sip 50 to 500 ml • Flask with carb mix: enter how many grams are in 250 ml (up to 100 g) – every sip then counts as fuel and the next eat reminder moves back accordingly • First reminder after 30 minutes (adjustable) • After the activity, carbs eaten and fluid drunk show up in Garmin Connect • Pauses don't count – only the running activity • Fits every data field layout, small ones too • English, German, French, Italian, Spanish For trail running, mountain runs, long hikes, ski touring and rides. No phone, no account. Free. Note: the values are rules of thumb from endurance sport, not nutrition advice. The watch can't see whether you actually ate – after one minute the portion counts as taken.

Version 1.1.0 Custom portion size (5–120 g, e.g. 30/40/45 g gels) and custom sip (50–500 ml). New: carbs in your drink – for flasks with carb mix (e.g. 100 g per 250 ml) every sip counts as fuel. Target up to 120 g/h. Now also in French, Italian and Spanish. Thanks for the suggestion in the review!
