Popis

Hushwait times the waits of sleep training from your wrist, in the dark, without a bright phone screen. Pick a method and the watch counts down to the next check, then vibrates silently when it is time to go in. Each night and each check follows the plan, so you never have to work out the minutes yourself at three in the morning. Every bedtime and night waking is logged: crying time, checks, wakings and how long it took to fall asleep. Hushwait draws a trend line through the nights and shows an estimate of how many nights it may take until falling asleep on their own, so you can see progress even when one night feels worse. It is a timer and log for parents, not medical advice. WHAT IT DOES - Ferber-style progressive waits per check and per night (3, 5 and 10 minutes on night 1, growing to 20, 25 and 30 minutes on night 7) - Own schedule with your first wait, step per check, step per night and longest wait - Chair method that moves the chair every three nights, with a reminder on the nights it moves - Pick up, put down with a short listen pause and a pick-up counter - Silent vibration when you may go in, and once more a minute later - One tap for the next step: crying starts, going in, back out; quiet, asleep and discard in the action list - Night mode with only dim red on black, automatic from 19:00 to 7:00 or always on - Tonight page with crying minutes, checks, wakings, time to fall asleep and the difference with last night - Trend of the last 14 nights with a goal line and an estimate of the nights left - Log of 60 nights with every session, editable and deletable - Glance with the night number and average crying time, or the live countdown WHAT IT NEEDS - Nothing extra: no phone connection, no sensors, no account - Keep the app open during a session for the silent vibration; the countdown itself survives closing the app - Talk to your pediatrician before starting any sleep training method
