功能说明
Load a workout or race from the HY8RID app on your phone and follow it step by step on your watch. Run pace, lap timing, and live heart rate. Finished sessions save to Garmin Connect as Cardio activities and your results go to the HY8RID leaderboards.
Requires a free HY8RID account at hy8rid-one-nu.vercel.app. Open the app on the watch, then enter the code it shows under Profile - Garmin watch.
Uses GPS (run pace), heart rate and your phone’s internet connection.
