A readable indoor rowing data field focused on 500 meter split pace. It shows current or smoothed split, average split from elapsed distance and time, distance per stroke, and a compact elapsed readout. Works with or without a machine connection. If your watch reports distance but no speed, the split comes from distance over time. If it reports neither, as on many wrist-only indoor rows, the field estimates pace from the watch's live energy reading using the Concept2 calorie and pace model, and a calibration percent setting lets you match a machine you trust. Wrist-only setups now get numbers. With no speed reported, pace comes from distance over time. With no distance either, the field estimates pace from the watch's energy reading with a Concept2 based conversion and a calibration setting. A clear no speed source notice replaces the endless waiting state.
