Описание
Welltrainer puts the workout your personal trainer built for you on your Garmin watch. Pair the watch with your student account using a 6-digit code, then follow today's workout and run without your phone: log weight and reps set by set, rest with a countdown and vibration, and do supersets, clusters, AMRAP, EMOM, For Time and Tabata. Runs are guided segment by segment, with zones and target pace. Log your water too. Everything goes to your history, where your trainer follows your progress.
Requires a Welltrainer student account (your trainer invites you) and the Garmin Connect app on your phone, which carries the connection. Without an account, the watch shows the pairing code screen. App in Brazilian Portuguese. Support: [email protected]
