Descrição
Welltrainer puts the workout your personal trainer built for you on your Garmin watch. Pair the watch with your student account using a 6-digit code, then follow today's workout and run without your phone: log weight and reps set by set, rest with a countdown and vibration, and do supersets, clusters, AMRAP, EMOM, For Time and Tabata. Runs are guided segment by segment, with zones and target pace, and the watch measures distance with GPS and heart rate with its sensor. You can do the running tests your trainer sends, like the Cooper test, with just the watch. Workouts and runs you start on the watch are saved as activities in Garmin Connect. Log your water too. Everything goes to your history, where your trainer follows your progress.
Permissions: Communications (your Welltrainer account, through the phone), Positioning (GPS distance during runs), Sensor (heart rate) and Fit (saves the workout or run as an activity on the watch).
Requires a Welltrainer student account (your trainer invites you) and the Garmin Connect app on your phone, which carries the connection. Without an account, the watch shows the pairing code screen. App in Brazilian Portuguese. Support: [email protected]
Novidades
Runs use the watch's GPS and heart rate sensor: the screen shows your pace against your trainer's target range, and each segment sends its distance and heart rate to your history. In timed running tests, like the Cooper test and the 6-minute walk, the watch ends the test at the right time and records your heart rate at the end and 1 minute later. Workouts and runs you start on the watch are saved as activities in Garmin Connect. The run button shows the interval number, and a double tap no longer skips a step. This version asks for access to GPS, the heart rate sensor and activity recording.
