Out of time, or just not your day? When you still have sets to go, the menu now offers End early in place of Save and finish. It asks one question, Out of time or Too hard today, and your answer saves the session. What you lifted counts, the lifts you started keep their weight, and the ones you did not reach come back next time as written. Nothing counts against you, and the done screen says the day ended early so you know it was saved that way. On a short day you will also see Keep the warm-up before you start. The short day already cut sets for you, and skipping the warm-up as well costs you reps in the sets that are left. Your bands are on your watch now. A band has no honest weight, so on a band exercise your watch shows the band itself where the load usually goes, such as Red band or Black and purple, and your rest tells you which band is next. A session logged on your watch alone now counts toward your next band, just like one logged on your phone. Your watch cannot choose a band, so if none is set yet it says Pick a band on your phone, and you can still log your reps. Your best max now counts the sets you rated Fair as well as Clean, up to ten reps. A solid set with a little wobble is still a real set, so when it beats your best max your watch now says so, the same way reckoner.fit does. Sets you rated Rough, or did not rate, still do not count.
