Your strength coach, right on your wrist. Start free at https://reckoner.fit. Your workouts go straight to your Garmin watch. Walk into the gym and today’s session is ready. Exercises, weights, reps, warm-ups and rest. No spreadsheet. No phone in your hand. You train. Reckoner works out what comes next. HOW IT WORKS Log each set on your watch and tell Reckoner how it felt. Going well? It moves you forward. Tough day? It holds back. Your plan adapts to what you actually lift, not what a calendar says you should. BUILT AROUND YOU Choose your goal: build muscle, get stronger, or lose fat while keeping muscle. New to lifting? Reckoner gives you structure without the guesswork. Been training a while? It keeps track of your loads, reps and effort. Know exactly what you’re doing? You stay in control. Reckoner handles the busywork. ON YOUR WATCH Hit a new personal best and Reckoner celebrates it with you. Short on time? Switch to 30 minutes, 20 minutes, or Bodyweight 20. Your main lift stays. Pause anytime. Fix a logged set anytime. Swap an exercise for something your gym has. Something hurts? Reckoner can lighten the load or take the exercise out. Never train through pain. Add cardio before, after, or as its own session. No phone nearby? Keep training. Reckoner syncs when you reconnect. Each workout saves to Garmin Connect as one strength activity. Works with 90+ Garmin watches. GETTING STARTED Create your free account at reckoner.fit, then pair your watch with a short code. No password to type on your wrist. GOOD TO KNOW: For ages 13 and up. Reckoner is a training tool, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. If you’re new to lifting, returning from injury, or unsure about an exercise, speak with a qualified professional first. Your training stays in your Reckoner account and your own Garmin Connect. We never see your Garmin password. Support: [email protected] Privacy: https://reckoner.fit/privacy Terms: https://reckoner.fit/terms

Your first session now shows the same name on your watch as it does on reckoner.fit, so you always know what's next.
