Beskrivelse

Coherence Pro – Breathe calmly. See your heart coherence. Take a few minutes to breathe consciously—and watch your body settle on your watch. Coherence Pro guides you through a steady breathing rhythm while measuring how strongly your heartbeat synchronizes with your breath. WHAT THE APP DOES Coherence Pro does not breathe for you—and it does not measure your breathing. It simply sets the pace: a calm wave on the display shows when to inhale and when to exhale. You breathe along with it. Meanwhile, the app observes your heartbeat and shows how strongly and how closely your heart responds to your breathing. This interaction is called heart coherence (technical term: RSA, respiratory sinus arrhythmia). In short: calm, steady breathing brings your heart and breathing into the same rhythm—and here, you can see it clearly. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose your pace: 6, 8, 10, or 12 seconds per breath. If you prefer a longer exhale, choose 40:60 instead of 50:50. 2. Follow the breathing wave: The live screen shows “Inhale/Exhale,” the breathing curve, and your current heart rate. 3. Read your result: The analysis screen shows how strongly your heart responds, how well your breathing and heart match (Match: 100 = perfect), and whether your heart leads or lags behind your breathing. After around two minutes of calm breathing (at least ten clean breaths), you will have a reliable result. If the signal is briefly lost, the measurement pauses automatically and resumes cleanly afterwards—your previous progress is not lost. WHAT YOU GET • Every session is saved as a Garmin activity named “Coherence Pro” and synchronized with Garmin Connect. • Your most recent measurement is always available directly on your watch. • Everything runs on the watch—no phone, account, or cloud required. CONTROLS – SIMPLE BUTTON OPERATION • UP/MENU opens Settings • UP/DOWN moves the selection, START changes a value, BACK closes • The lower-left button switches between the Live and Analysis screens You can adjust the breathing pace, breathing ratio (50:50 or 40:60), language (automatic, German, English), and start screen. WHO IS IT FOR? For anyone who uses slow, coherent breathing to relax, clear their mind, or focus before an important moment—and wants to see whether it is actually working. No prior knowledge required: put on your watch, breathe along, done. Note: Coherence Pro is an everyday training and mindfulness tool. It is not a medical device and does not replace medical advice. It collects anonymous usage statistics such as installations and app launches. No GPS data, personal data, or Garmin account information is transmitted.
