설명

Smart rest & HIIT timer with heart rate zones, auto-start on HR recovery, and a satisfying segmented ring countdown. **Rest smarter. Train harder.** Rest Timer turns your Garmin into an intelligent training partner — tracking your heart rate recovery, counting down your rest, and automatically launching the next set the moment your body is ready. **Rest Timer mode** Set your rest interval with UP/DOWN, hit START, and go. The segmented ring drains clockwise in crisp white — shifting to gold then red as time runs low. When it hits zero, your watch buzzes and a little dog bounces to celebrate. Hit START again and you're already on your next set. **HIIT mode** Chain work and rest intervals together with round counting. The ring blazes red during your work phase and resets to white for rest. A triangle icon means push. Pause bars mean breathe. Your round count is always visible so you never lose track mid-circuit. **Heart rate zones** Your HR number colour-codes in real time — blue at rest, green for easy, yellow for threshold, orange for hard, red for max. At a glance you know exactly where you are. **HR Auto-Start** *(unique)* Configure a target recovery zone in the Garmin Connect app. When your heart rate drops below it after a set, your next rest timer kicks off automatically — no button press needed. Train by feel, not by clock. **Set it up from your phone** Tap into the Garmin Connect app to set your 5 favourite rest presets, HIIT defaults, and alert style. Pick from Silent, Vibrate, Vibe + Interval tone, or Vibe + Alarm on the watch.
