説明
RaceDeka is a Garmin Connect IQ race timer for Spartan DEKA events.
Like this app? Support it: https://buymeacoffee.com/racerox
Supports Deka Fit, Deka Mile, Deka Strong, and Deka Atlas race formats.
FIT and MILE have 20 ring segments, alternating between a run and a station: press Select once at the end of the run and again at the end of the station. STRONG and ATLAS retain ten station segments. Results remain grouped into the ten DEKA zones while retaining separate run time, pace, and distance capture.
## Features
- Clockwise phase ring on round and rectangular watches (20 phases for FIT/MILE; 10 for STRONG/ATLAS)
- Total, current-zone, PR, target, and delta timing
- Purple/green/yellow performance feedback
- Heart-rate zones and adaptive background colors
- Indoor accelerometer/step-based pace and distance for FIT and MILE runs
- FIT activity recording with zone laps, run pace, run distance, totals, and Garmin Connect export
- Scrollable post-race results
- Undo for accidental phase/zone advances
- Touch and physical-button controls
- Light mode, backlight behavior, and per-run/per-zone PR and target settings
- Lifecycle safeguards that stop sensor and timer work when the app is hidden or closed
## Controls
- Select/Start/tap: start the race or advance the current phase
- Back during a race: undo the last phase/zone advance; at the first phase, stop the race
- Back while stopped: exit
