説明
STIFA , datafield. "Stigningsfaktor" shows totalAscent (meters) / kilometers. www.stifa.se.
STIFA m/km will show up in GarminConnect and GarminConnectMobile after the activity have uploaded to Garmin.
To get same data as the watch in GC you should disable "elevation correction", and for best results use a watch with barometer.
!! Note works best with watches that have a built in barometer. GPS based altitude readings are not very accurate. Garmin fix that data by altering the data at upload when “elevation correction” is checked. The datafield only have the values that the watch gives. Therefore can the STIFA value differ from the value you calculate self from “total ascent / distance(km)” !!
Need feet/mile search for ELFA.
Need new watch compability ? Just let me know…
