WatchChess: Offline Chess

説明

Real chess on your wrist: 12 bots, a chess course, puzzles, opening traps and game review. Fully offline. Play real chess on your Garmin watch, fully offline. No phone needed. - 12 computer opponents, from Pip (400, just learned the moves) to Titan (1900) and Legend (2200), each with its own colour, style and comments. Legend thinks until it is sure of its move. - The strong bots know what people really play: their opening book was built from more than 10 million rated online games. - Puzzles: rated puzzles, mate in 1, 2 and 3, quick tactics, combinations, endgames, Puzzle Streak and Puzzle Rush. - Learn: a chess course from the rules to advanced endgames, in 44 short lessons with exercises on the board and practice puzzles for each level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced). Plus 244 opening traps from real games: see the mistake most players make, then punish it. - Game review: every move of both sides graded (Best, Excellent, Good, Inaccuracy, Mistake, Blunder) with the best move shown, accuracy for both players, an eval bar and the moves in a line above the board. Your last 10 games are kept, and a game reviewed once opens at once. - Helpers and stars: before a bot game pick an eval bar, 3 takebacks or 3 hints. A win with no helpers earns 3 stars and counts for your rating. - Your own rating, which changes with every rated game, and a record of the bots you have beaten. - Two players on one watch, and a chess clock for a game on a real board. - Undo, hints, draw offers, clocks from 1 to 30 minutes, four board colours. - Play with the buttons or by touch. Battery: the engine only works on the bot's turn, never while you think or browse menus. Stronger bots think longer: on a Forerunner 165, Titan up to 30 seconds and Legend up to about 4 minutes on its hardest moves. Bot ratings use the app's own scale, the same one as your rating.
