A watch face that shows one Spanish word every time you look at the time. The word in your language, the same word in Spanish, the hour, the date and four readings from your watch - nothing else on the screen. Each time you raise your wrist, the next word of today's set appears. Ten new words a day, from a list of 500 of the most basic Spanish words, ordered from the ones you meet first. It runs on the glances you already make at the time; there is nothing to open and nothing to do. The Spanish word is always in Spanish. FOUR FIELDS AND A DATE Four fields below the word, each one of seventeen readings: Steps · Heart rate · Calories · Floors climbed · Distance · Battery % · Battery days · Temperature · Altitude · Notifications · Alarms · Active minutes this week · Move bar · Hours to recovery · Steps / distance · Floors / metres climbed · Battery % / days - or off. The date is optional. The last three are two-state: they swap about every three seconds, and the label swaps with the number, so a value always carries its own unit. Kilometres or miles, metres or feet - from the watch settings. On Venu 2, Venu 2S, Venu 2 Plus, vívoactive 5 and Instinct 3 AMOLED the fourth field does not fit and is not shown - those watches have three. SECONDS Off by default. Switched on, a smaller number stands beside the hour while the screen is awake. The always-on screen has none - it redraws once a minute. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No scrolling text. No quizzes and no marking a word as known - a watch face cannot take button presses, so there is nothing to tap. No streaks, no scores, no reminders, no phone app. The words appear; what happens next is up to you. ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY On AMOLED watches the always-on screen keeps only the time and the Spanish word, dimmed. On MIP watches the whole face stays visible. NO PERMISSIONS This face asks for nothing. No location, no sensor history, no profile. The words are stored on the watch and nothing leaves it - no phone, no connection, no account.
