NOVA RUN is an all-in-one running data field by TEAM NOVA, the developer of HYROX NOVA and TEAM NOVA Face. Everything you need on one sporty, easy-to-read screen. ONE SCREEN - Big lap pace in the centre, with your average pace and the difference (green = faster, red = slower). - Heart rate with a zone gauge (uses your watch heart rate zones). - Distance and running time, or a lap pace graph. - Lap progress ring: fills with your lap distance and turns yellow at 75% and red at 90%. - Next lap distance and time of day. INTERVALS - Time or distance intervals, for example 4 min fast / 3 min easy x 6, or 500 m fast / 400 m easy x 8. - Start with the timer, or press LAP after your warm-up. - A target pace range for each part, with ON PACE / FAST / SLOW. - Vibration when the part changes. Press LAP to skip to the next part. TARGET PACE - Set a pace range (for example 4:45 - 5:15). - Optional vibration only when you stay out of range for 10 seconds (max once a minute). SETTINGS - Main pace: lap, current (10 s smoothed) or average. - Lap distance, goal distance with remaining distance or ETA, bottom cells, accent colour and more. - Settings in English, Korean, Thai and German. HOW TO USE Add NOVA RUN as a 1-field (full screen) data screen in your run activity. IMPORTANT: LAP DISTANCE Set the NOVA RUN lap distance the same as your watch Auto Lap (for example both 1 km). Otherwise the lap pace will not match your Garmin record. - NOVA RUN: Connect IQ app → NOVA RUN → Settings → Lap distance - Watch: Run → Settings → Laps → Auto Lap Free and ad-free.
