Minimal watch faces inspired by the icons of watch design: the Bauhaus dial, the Swiss railway station clock, the museum dial with no markers, the WWII pilot's watch, the 1970s LED watch and the German functionalist design of the 1960s. Six styles in one face: - Modernist: the Bauhaus and Ulm school dial. Thin numerals, fine ticks, nothing extra. - Railway: the station clock. Bold bars you can read across a platform, and a red signal second hand. - Void: museum minimalism. No ticks, no numerals: two hands inside a hairline ring. - Pilot: the flieger dial. A triangle at twelve and large, high-contrast numerals. - Segment: the 1970s digital watch. Seven-segment digits in 24-hour time. - Functionalist: design-school functionalism. A date window, a yellow second hand and calm proportions. Every style shows the date and current weather. Colours: Classic (each style's own historic colour) or one of 14 more: Orange, Amber, Flame, Rose, Yellow, Lime, Cyan, Blue, Ice, Moss, Gold, Sand, Bone and Pebble. There is also Phosphor, which turns the whole face green on black like an old terminal. Always on: on AMOLED watches each style has its own dim always-on layout, well below Garmin's brightness limit. On MIP watches the face stays as it is, without the second hand. Settings: change style and colour in Garmin Connect, or on the watch by long-pressing the face and choosing Customize. Privacy: the face reads only the time, date and the weather your watch already has. It sends nothing anywhere.
