The hands are dauphine, faceted along their ridge so one side catches the light and the other falls into shadow, and they turn on a pearl set in rose gold. At six a sub-dial carries a pearl along its arc toward your step goal, with the count at its centre; at three a small window holds heart rate, or any reading you choose. Under the crown, the date in your watch's own language, and battery and alerts. Five dials: pearl, blush, champagne with yellow gold, a black Tahitian pearl, and sapphire with white gold. The sub-dial can follow steps, Body Battery, stress, intensity minutes, floors or battery. The lettering is Cormorant Garamond. On memory-in-pixel screens the light dials are drawn as clean white, pink and cream plates that read best in sunlight; on AMOLED the nacre and the hands are anti-aliased.
