Move It reminds you to get up and walk at a regular interval. Unlike a simple inactivity alert, it only clears once you've actually walked enough steps, giving you a more meaningful nudge than a single buzz on the wrist. Features - Customizable interval-based reminders (default every 30 minutes) - Step-based challenge to resolve each alert - Adjustable quiet hours so it won't fire while you're asleep - Automatically suppressed if you've already been moving between checks - Both interval and step count are adjustable in settings Evidence-based The default 30-minute interval and walking-based approach are grounded in research.
