Plank Power PRO - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/04d37925-e634-4646-ac91-3ba4e1c64541 A plank plan that fits you — not a one-size-fits-all timer. PLANK Power runs your plank session from the wrist: a countdown ring, the time left in big figures, your set count, live heart rate and calories. Try the whole thing free — five complete sessions, nothing held back inside them. WHAT THE FREE VERSION GIVES YOU • Beginner (3 x 20 s) and Intermediate (4 x 45 s) levels • Presets mode — the fixed plan for your level • Editable mode — set your own sets, hold and rest per level from the Garmin Connect phone app • The full session experience: countdown ring, live HR and calories, tone and vibration cues, pause, +30 s or skip during rest • Summary with total hold, sets, heart rate and calories • Personal best, day streak and session history • Saved to Garmin Connect as a strength-training activity, one lap per set • Dark or light theme, tones and vibration toggles, buttons or touch AFTER 5 SESSIONS The trial covers five complete sessions. To keep logging — and to unlock the Advanced and Elite levels plus the Adaptive and Personal-best plan modes — upgrade to the full version: "PLANK Power Pro", available separately in the Apps category on the Connect IQ Store. WHAT PRO ADDS • Advanced (5 x 60 s) and Elite (5 x 120 s) levels • Adaptive mode — +5 s per completed session, with automatic level promotion • Personal-best mode — a max-hold test, then holds set as a percentage of your best • No session limit • One-time purchase, no subscription Questions or ideas? https://bikintulis.de/contact — BIKINTULIS
