Free to use; extras unlock with a one-time purchase. Triathlon training is planned in hours per sport, and by Thursday the question is always the same: which one is falling behind? Triad adds up this week's swim, bike and run from your watch's own activity history and draws each against its weekly target. No phone connection is needed, and the week counts from the first day of the week set on your watch. Made for the Instinct 2, 2S, 2X, 3 Solar and E (40/45 mm) and the Descent G1, and also on round fenix, Enduro, tactix, quatix, Forerunner, MARQ, Descent Mk2 and vivoactive watches with a memory-in-pixel screen. - Three rows: swim, bike and run, each a bar filled toward its weekly target and the week's time (a + once the target is reached). A sport with a target of 0 is hidden, for duathletes. - The week: this week's total against the sum of the targets. - Targets: set the weekly minutes for each sport in the settings. Customize it in the Connect IQ app. The targets and the colours (black on white, or white on black) are free. These are marked with a star in the settings and can be used during a 7-day trial, then stay unlocked for good with a one-time purchase ($3.99) at murmurgram.gumroad.com/l/triad: enter the 12-character Watch face ID from the settings at checkout, and type the key you receive by email into Unlock key. - Time font: five more styles for the time besides the dot matrix: condensed, segment, stencil, outline and geometric. - The pace against the week: a tick on each bar where you should be by now, and the sport most behind in the window (SWIM -1:20 BEHIND), or ON TRACK. - Weekend share: for long rides and runs on Saturday and Sunday, put 40, 50 or 60% of the week on the weekend so weekday ticks expect less. - Distances beside each time, and last week's total. - The window: the sport most behind, this week's total, last week's, or this week against last. Swims, rides and runs count, indoor and treadmill sessions included; other sports do not. A race recorded as one multisport activity may not be split into its legs. Watches older than Connect IQ 3.3 have no activity history for watch faces and show dashes. Privacy: everything is computed on the watch. Nothing is sent anywhere. If you buy the unlock, Gumroad handles the payment and your email address is used only to send your key and for support. The user profile permission is used to read your activity history.

A starred Time font setting gives a choice of six time fonts (the dot matrix stays free).
