Leírás

Apex Macro on your wrist. Works with the free Apex Macro app for Android. - Start a workout on your watch or your phone - the other follows. Run, walk, hike, cycling, strength, HIIT, yoga and more. - Screens you swipe through, made for each activity: time, distance and pace; heart rate and zone; laps; calories and climb. Strength shows your exercise, set, reps and rest timer. - Your personal trainer on your wrist: a buzz and a short note for laps, halfway, goal hit, heart rate too high or low, and rest over. - Live wrist heart rate and the watch's GPS go to the phone during workouts - no Broadcast Heart Rate needed. - All day, in the background: heart rate, stress, energy, SpO2, breathing rate, VO2 max, recovery time and steps go to Apex Macro every 5 minutes, so your readiness, stress and fitness age use your watch's own numbers. - Reminders from Apex Macro (workout time, fasting window) on your watch. - START pauses, BACK finishes and saves. Workouts are saved in Apex Macro (and Health Connect), so Garmin Connect doesn't get a duplicate. Permissions: Communications (talks to the phone app), Sensor and Sensor History (heart rate, stress, energy, SpO2), Positioning (GPS during GPS workouts), Background (sends your day's readings every 5 minutes), User Profile (VO2 max and resting heart rate).

Újdonságok

New look on every screen: big clear numbers, Day and Night modes (or Auto), and the colours can follow your Apex watch face. Cold plunge and sauna timers that start and stop by themselves from the watch's own temperature reading, with your own target time (UP / DOWN). Pause button on the screen, swipe left / right to change screens (Set and Rest screens too), Zone Time page, and the real Garmin map on watches that have maps. If the watch puts Apex away mid-workout, it comes back to your workout where you left off. Close now asks first. Watch temperature on outdoor workouts, a heat warning, and a watch-off hint.
