Big blocky numerals you can read in gloves and in full sun. ———————————————————————— OLIVE · DESERT · ICE · ORANGE · RED · VIOLET · WHITE ———————————————————————— Across the top runs a segmented arc of the day's step goal: you see how far you are without reading the number. Below the time sit four angular bays, and what goes in them is yours to decide. FOUR BAYS, SIXTEEN READINGS Heart rate, Body Battery, altitude and temperature out of the box. Any of them can become steps, calories, floors, distance, stress, wind, sunrise, sunset, active minutes, notifications, battery — or nothing at all. Steps and watch battery keep their fixed places. ALSO — Seconds can be hidden; the hours and minutes grow to fill the space — Fixed digit cells, so nothing shifts when the minute changes — 12 or 24 hours, English by default, Russian in settings — Degrees and distance follow the watch or your own choice; altitude and wind follow the distance setting — Always-on draws the same numerals outlined, centred on black WHAT IT IS NOT Not a compass, not a navigation instrument. An elevation reading older than five minutes is discarded, weather comes from Garmin's own data, and anything unavailable shows -- rather than a guess.
