Description

Focus timer based on the Pomodoro method – work, break and long break right on your wrist. PomoFocus splits your work into focused sessions with short breaks and adds a long break after a few rounds. How it works: 1. Open PomoFocus – e.g. from the glance – and press Start. 2. Simply leave the app. The timer keeps running in the background, and the glance shows the time the phase ends. 3. At the end of the phase the watch asks: "Work done – start the break?". Tap "Yes" and PomoFocus opens with the break running. 4. Tap the glance at any time: remaining time, progress ring and round at a glance. • Large remaining time, progress ring, clock and heart rate in the colours of your HR zones • Work, break and long break fully adjustable – on the watch or in the Garmin Connect app • With the app open, a clear alert at the end of each phase: three strong vibrations, three beeps, screen on • Touchscreen lock while the timer runs, tap three times to unlock • Stress tracking and phone notifications keep working as usual • English and German How to use: Tap or press Start to start and pause. Hold the screen (or Menu) for settings. Back leaves the app – a running timer keeps going, a paused one is reset. PomoFocus does not collect or send any data.

Nouveautés

The timer now keeps running when the app is closed: the glance shows the time the phase ends, and at the end the watch asks whether to continue. No hidden activity anymore – stress tracking and phone notifications always work. Heart rate in the colours of your HR zones, version in the settings menu.
