Description

Log ice baths, cold showers, nature swims and sauna sessions from your wrist. ChillCommit for Garmin is the watch companion to the ChillCommit app: start a session in one press, feel the cues on your wrist, and your sessions sync to your phone. ONE PRESS TO START • Press Start to repeat your last session, or pick a new one • Countdown to a target, an open stopwatch, or contrast rounds of sauna and cold • Mark laps during a session FEEL IT, DON'T WATCH IT • A pulse at an interval you choose • A cue at halfway and when time's up • An optional get-ready countdown before you start • Sound on or off YOUR STREAK AT A GLANCE • See your streak and the last seven days, coloured by cold, heat and nature, in the glance • Your streak counts weeks or days, the same as in the app • A summary after every session, with average heart rate when your watch measures it SYNCS WHEN YOUR PHONE IS NEAR Sessions are saved on the watch and sent to the ChillCommit app through Garmin Connect when your phone is in range. Nothing is lost if you swim without your phone. Works on AMOLED and MIP watches, and on black-and-white Instinct displays. REQUIREMENTS • The ChillCommit app for iPhone or Android, signed in to an account • ChillCommit Pro to sync sessions from the watch • Garmin Connect on the same phone Questions? [email protected]

Nouveautés

• A new glance: your streak, the last seven days and this week's count, laid out to fit every watch • Your streak follows the app's setting: weeks or days • Back now steps back one screen, and back on the home screen leaves the app • Fixed a crash when opening the glance • Saves battery by syncing less often while you move between screens
