Description

Inner Fuel Planning by Fanté is a tool designed to help you plan your sports nutrition quickly, easily, and visually, directly on your Garmin watch. With this app, you can connect your fully personalized energy-intake plan from Inner, keeping a clear guide of what to take and when to take it during your training sessions or competitions (running, cycling, trail, triathlon, etc.). The app is designed to be intuitive, lightweight, and fully compatible with Fanté nutrition products.

Nouveautés

Added Free Mode (beta), allowing athletes to manually log nutrition intake during training sessions or races without following a predefined plan, while automatically calculating total carbohydrates, sodium, fluids, and caffeine consumed. Improved synchronization with the Inner web platform, now available from the settings menu, to keep plans and data aligned between the web and the Garmin device. Enhanced in-activity analysis, displaying key performance metrics such as heart rate, cadence, power, and pace/speed, helping athletes better contextualize nutrition with performance. Implemented intake alerts during the activity and a post-activity summary, making it easier to review and analyze nutrition intake after the session. General performance, stability, and user experience improvements.
