Description
Full-screen running data field showing the current lap and your most recent completed laps.
SCREEN
- Top row: current lap, live.
- Below: completed laps, newest first.
- Lap number plus 2 or 3 metric columns of your choice.
- Heart rate is coloured by your running HR zone (zones 2–5: blue, green, orange, red). Optionally shown on a zone-coloured box for extra visibility.
METRICS
- Lap time (timer time, excludes pauses)
- Lap distance
- Average pace
- Average HR
- Max HR
- Average cadence
SETTINGS (Connect IQ app on your phone)
- Number of metric columns: 2 or 3 (default 3)
- Column 1 / 2 / 3: any metric above (default: distance, time, avg HR)
- Completed laps shown: 2–5 (default 4). Reduced automatically if the screen is too small.
- HR zone colour box: draw HR values on a zone-coloured box (default off).
SETUP
1. Open your run activity settings on the watch.
2. Add a data screen with a 1-field layout.
3. Choose Connect IQ, then LapLog.
NOTES
- Use as a full-screen field. Smaller field slots are not supported.
- Laps completed before the data field is loaded are not shown.
- Units follow your watch's metric/imperial setting.
- HR zones come from your Garmin user profile (running zones).
- No data is collected. No internet connection is needed.
Nouveautés
- Structured workouts: a new row starts at each workout step change as well as
at each Garmin lap, so intervals no longer stay on lap 1.
- Cleaner table: the "LAP" header is gone and lap numbers are smaller and
dimmed, giving metric values more room. With 3 columns the values use a
larger font.
- Heart-rate zone colours are easier to read: HR values are bold, and light
backgrounds use darker shades of the same blue/green/orange/red.
- New option to show HR values on a zone-coloured box.
