WHAT YOU SEE • Sky dome: the sun on its path from sunrise to sunset, solid behind it and dotted ahead. • At night: a dark dome with stars and the moon on its arc, with the time of the next sunrise. • Midnight sun, polar night and white nights are handled: the dome says so instead of showing wrong times. • Below the time: the date and battery in days. GOOD TO KNOW • Sunrise, sunset and twilight are calculated on the watch from your last known location, without the internet. Until the watch knows your location, the dome shows NO LOCATION. BUILT FOR REAL USE • Always-on display on AMOLED watches: the outline of the dome, the outlined time and the next sunset or sunrise in a dim line, under 2 % of screen brightness (the limit is 10 %), shifted a few pixels every minute. • MIP watches get their own flat colour palette. • Made for round watches with Connect IQ 4 or newer (65 models). PRIVACY The last known location is stored only on your watch, to calculate sunrise and sunset. The face has no internet permission and sends no data anywhere. “Communication & Data Transmission” in the store's permission list only means that the face reads data from your watch, such as heart rate or steps.
