On your phone: Connect IQ app - My Devices - Kairos - Settings.
PERMISSIONS
The watch face reads sensor history (Body Battery, stress) and your user profile (maximum heart rate for the heart-rate ring). No data leaves the watch.
Compatible with Garmin watches with a round AMOLED display.
