Year in review
Drop a Garmin export in and get the year back: how far, how often, where, and how you slept between the runs. The files are read in this browser and never uploaded.

Waiting for files
Off by default. Turning it on asks openstreetmap.org for the tiles of the area shown, once. The shared image never contains them.
Everything on this page comes from one export, and Garmin makes it for you on request.

How to get your data out of Garmin
Nothing in this import could be read. The steps below show where to get the files.
How to get your data out of Garmin
Everything on this page comes from one export, and Garmin makes it for you on request.
- Open Garmin Connect in a browser, then Account → Account Settings → Data Management.
- Choose Export Your Data and confirm. Garmin prepares the archive and emails you a link.
- Download the ZIP when the mail arrives — the link expires after a few days, and the archive can take up to 48 hours to appear.
- Drop that ZIP on this page. Single FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV and JSON files work as well, and can be mixed.
The archive holds your activities and your wellness data, which is why one file is enough.
Your Garmin data
Nothing is uploaded and nothing is stored. There is no account, no server-side parsing and no cookie; closing the tab throws the import away.
