DogWalk is a daily walk tracker for you and your dog: set a goal in minutes, start a walk with one press, and see how much of today's goal is left. HOME The home screen shows your dog's face inside a ring that fills as the day's walking adds up, gold while you are on the way and green once the goal is reached. Beneath it sit today's goal or the time still left, a START WALK button, and how many walks you have done today and for how long. A small badge on the ring counts your streak of days with the goal reached. Press up or down to move through three more pages. TODAY shows the percentage done, the time walked against the goal and your last three walks. WEEK lists the days of the current week, each with a bar, its time and a tick when the goal was met, then the week's total and your best streak. PROFILE shows the dog, its name, the goal, the reminder and the streak, with a button into the settings. ON THE WALK While you walk, a ring around the edge of the screen fills towards the goal, and the middle shows the time remaining in large figures, with distance, elapsed time and steps beneath. A second page adds pace, heart rate, calories and the time of day. The walk timer runs on its own, so it works indoors and without GPS. When the goal is reached the watch vibrates, the ring turns green and your dog celebrates; keep walking and the extra time is counted too. Pause with the start button, then resume or end the walk. Ending it shows a summary of the walk and of today against the goal. If the app is closed in the middle of a walk, it is kept: the next time you open DogWalk you can resume it, save it or discard it. TWO DOGS Give a second dog a name and DogWalk asks who is walking before each walk: either dog, or both. A walk with both counts for each of them, and each dog keeps its own history and streak. REMINDER At a time you choose, the watch asks whether to open DogWalk for today's walk, using your dog's name. The reminder is skipped on days the goal is already met. THE LOOK A dark screen with warm gold for the dog and for progress, and quiet greys for everything else. Every screen is laid out for round watches and scales to the size of yours. SETTINGS Dog name: shown across the app. Daily walking goal: 15, 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or a custom goal from 5 to 240 minutes. Daily walk reminder: on or off, with the hour and minute it comes at. Second dog: leave empty for one dog. Use GPS for distance: on or off. Off saves battery; distance then comes from the step counter. Save walks to your activity history: on or off. Streak: strict, every day, or allow one or two rest days before the streak resets. Most settings can also be changed on the watch from the PROFILE page or the menu button.
