Elegant is a modern AMOLED watch face featuring rotating minute and second rings, a bold hour display, and three customizable data widgets. Its clean layout, smooth animation, and carefully selected color themes provide excellent readability without unnecessary distractions. Available themes Titanium - a refined gray gradient with crisp white details. Emerald - deep green with warm cream and brass accents. Classic Noir - pure black with timeless white details. Ocean - a midnight-blue gradient with cool gray accents. Gold Noir - pure black with elegant brass outlines and white text. Available widget data Battery, steps, floors climbed (if supported), calories, Body Battery, heart rate, stress, weather temperature, blood oxygen (SpO2), altitude (if supported), distance, notifications, recovery time (if supported), active minutes, running VO2 Max, cycling VO2 Max, weekly running, cycling, swimming and walking distance or time, weekly active minutes, activities this week, sunrise, sunset, chance of rain, and a second time zone (one of 66 cities with automatic daylight saving time, shown by its code such as NYC, or a custom UTC offset labeled automatically, e.g. UTC+3). Units Distance (Kilometers / Miles), elevation (Meters / Feet) and temperature (Celsius / Fahrenheit) can each be set separately. The default is Auto, which follows your watch's own unit settings. Steps of 10000 or more are shown in short form, for example 12.3k, and long values switch to a narrower font so they fit. Data availability may vary depending on the Garmin model, enabled sensors, user profile, and recorded activity history. How to change the theme On your watch Open the watch-face selection screen. Select Elegant. Choose Customize or Settings. Open Theme. Browse the themes and confirm your selection. Using the Garmin Connect IQ app Open Connect IQ. Go to My Device, My Watch Faces. Select Elegant. Open Settings. Choose a theme and save the changes. How to change the widget data on your watch Open the watch face settings on the watch and choose Data. The selected widget's data blinks. Swipe or press UP/DOWN to change the data. Tap or press SELECT to move to the next widget. Press BACK to save. The data editor works on all supported devices. More settings Time format: Auto (follows the watch), 12-hour or 24-hour. Battery shown as a percentage or as days remaining (on watches that support it), with an option to hide the % sign. Always-on mode is burn-in safe, with dimmed, readable widgets. Every setting can be changed on the watch (Theme, Data, Units, Time Format, Battery Display, Battery % Sign, Second Time Zone) or in the Connect IQ app. Menu names may differ slightly depending on the Garmin model. Themes can also be changed alongside the three configurable widgets.
