Once paired with the VertigoMe iPhone or Android app, your watch shows: • Today's risk score on a live gauge, based on sleep, HRV, weather, stress, nutrition and more • Quick-log buttons for the six things you log most (Spin, Trigger, Warning sign, Medicine, Relief, Activity), each backed by your favourites from the phone app • "Spin in progress" while an episode is open, and a Today view of what you have logged Everything you log on the watch lands in your VertigoMe account and feeds your insights. Requires the VertigoMe phone app (iPhone or Android) and a VertigoMe account. To pair: open VertigoMe on the watch, tap Pair, then in the phone app open Connections, tap Pair watch and enter the 6-digit code the watch shows.
