Your FitMotion workouts, on your wrist.
**FitMotion is in a free closed beta and isn't on the App Store or Google Play yet. To join the beta, email [email protected].**
Requires the FitMotion app for iPhone or Android. The phone app sends your custom workouts and screen settings to the watch, and the workouts you finish on the watch are saved back to your FitMotion history.
STRENGTH
• Your custom workouts from the phone app: every exercise with its sets, reps and weight, including stack numbers for cable machines
• A start screen to review the exercises before you begin
• The current exercise stands out, so you always know what's next
• Log each set with one press, with a beep, or a firm vibration when your watch is silent
• Rest timer with a 3-2-1 countdown
QUICK STARTS (work on the watch alone)
Strength, runs, walks, hikes, rides, rower, elliptical, stair climber, HIIT, yoga, and court and field sports like pickleball, tennis and basketball.
Every workout is saved as a Garmin activity, with total sets, reps and volume on strength workouts.

Compatibility update: FitMotion’s newer features need more memory than the fenix 6 / 6S (non-Pro), Enduro and Forerunner 245 have, so those watches are no longer supported. Everything else is the same as 1.0.12: today’s workout first, big numbers on your run, walk or ride, and Enter Distance or Floors with Save & Recovery HR on machines.
