NDR-One MIP: an always-on, data-rich watch face with 12 places, 30+ choices and a 24-hour chart. You choose what fills each place: four rings, the chart, two side readouts, two status bands, a header, a footer and a heart-rate badge. Set it all on the watch, no phone needed. SHOW WHAT MATTERS TO YOU 24-hour chart: Heart Rate, Body Battery, Stress, Steps per hour or Elevation, in hourly bars with the high and low marked. Four rings: Body Battery, Steps, Stress, Pulse Ox, VO2 Max, Intensity Minutes, Floors, Calories, Weight, Sleep Score. Two side readouts: Sunrise and Sunset, Weekly Run, Weekly Bike, Daily Distance, Notifications, Respiration, Altitude, Wind. Two status bands: Training Status, Recovery Time, Calendar, Daily Distance, Weekly Run, Weekly Bike, NDR logo. Header and footer: Weather, High and Low temperature, Feels Like, UV Index, Humidity, Battery. Heart-rate badge: live or resting heart rate. Leave any place empty. MAKE IT YOURS, RIGHT ON THE WATCH Hold MENU to open Customize. Pick the theme and what fills each place. Turn on Light Mode, seconds or the AM/PM label. Show the battery in days, percent or auto. On the phone, Connect IQ offers the same choices, except Light Mode. SIX THEMES, PLUS LIGHT MODE - Atlas Prism (default): each metric in its own color - Signal Amber: warm amber - Glacier Cyan: cool blue - Crimson Frost: deep red - Monolith White: white and gray, no accent - Forest Green: earthy green Light Mode turns the background white and the text black, and darkens bright colors to read on white. ON ALL DAY, CLEAR IN FULL SUN The whole face stays on all day, chart included: a memory-in-pixel screen never switches off. It reads by reflected light, in shade or full sun. The clock uses Garmin's own number font, sized to each screen. Rings are solid arcs in the screen's 64 colors. GARMIN'S SCREENS, ONE HOLD AWAY Touch and hold a reading to open Garmin's related screen, such as Body Battery. Weight has no such screen. Works on watches that allow touch on the watch face. TUNED TO YOU AND YOUR WATCH Steps, Floors and Intensity Minutes fill toward your own Garmin goals. Live heart rate never shows a reading older than ten minutes. The battery changes color at 20 percent. Customize lists only readings your watch supports. Training Status shows Garmin's own word in most watch languages, in its state color on Atlas Prism. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Every reading comes from Garmin's own wellness and device data on your watch. No accounts, no tracking, no network access. A dash means your watch has no value for that reading yet, or does not record it. Sleep Score shows on watches that share it with watch faces: Enduro 3, fenix 8 Solar and fenix 9 Pro Solar. The chart builds hour by hour from the day you install the face. Time format and units follow your watch's System settings: 12 or 24 hour, km or miles, meters or feet, Celsius or Fahrenheit. Menus and labels are in English, except Training Status, which shows a dash in Arabic, Hebrew and Thai, and for a Korean, Japanese, Chinese or Vietnamese word too wide to fit. If a change made on the phone does not show, sync the watch and wait a minute, or make it on the watch. Questions or ideas? Write to us at [email protected] By NDRLabs
