Get your current Xert training recommendation directly on your Garmin watch or Edge device—without opening your phone. Xert Training Advice is free to use. If you find it useful, you can support continued development with a voluntary tip at https://ko-fi.com/hpbieker. Tips do not unlock features or access. The widget provides three pages of up-to-date Xert data: • Training status and estimated recovery hours • Recommended training focus and focus power • Daily XSS target or remaining XSS, including Low, High and Peak breakdown • Rest Day and Recovery Day guidance • Fitness Signature: LTP, Threshold Power, Peak Power and HIE • Training Load, Recovery Load and Workout Capacity The glance view gives you a quick summary, while opening the widget shows the full details. Data refreshes automatically in the background. Both standard Xert recommendations and Forecast AI are supported. This app requires an active Xert subscription. Enter your Xert username and password in the Connect IQ app settings. A connection to your phone is required to refresh the data. Having trouble or have a suggestion? Please use “Contact App Developer” below. When reporting a problem, include your Garmin model and the exact error message. Enjoying the app? A positive review helps other Xert users discover it.
