Your data takes shape. The vertical bar rises and falls, the small circle grows and shrinks, and the curved progress arc fills and empties as your selected data changes. Give each shape its own source to create a display that reflects your day. Track your step goal, battery, heart rate zones, Body Battery, stress, weekly intensity minutes goal, floors climbed goal, move bar or solar intensity on supported solar watches. You can also keep a shape full for a consistent geometric look. The bar and arc offer additional sources including sleep score, daily calorie and distance goals, a daily running distance goal, and totals from the last 7 days for steps, distance, calories, floors, intensity minutes, running and cycling. The arc can also show its numeric value, with separate controls for the graphic and the reading. Choose from all these data field options: • Activity: Steps, distance today, calories, floors climbed, weekly intensity minutes, weekly running distance and weekly cycling distance. • Health: Heart rate, Body Battery, stress, respiration rate, recovery time, VO2 max, sleep score, blood oxygen and resting heart rate from your Garmin profile. • Weather and outdoors: Current weather and temperature, feels like temperature, chance of precipitation, UV index, next sunrise or sunset, sunrise, sunset, altitude, sea level barometric pressure and solar intensity. • Watch: Battery level. • Off: Leave a field empty for a cleaner look. Daily distance and weekly running or cycling distance can be placed in the upper or middle field. Altitude is available in the middle field. Solar intensity requires a compatible solar watch. Data availability depends on your watch and the information provided by Garmin. On compatible touch models, press and hold selected data to open the relevant Garmin view. Supported watches also offer settings directly on your wrist.

The arc shows the time left (h:mm) with a sunrise or sunset icon. - Live heart rate: new source for the bar, circle and arc.
