Scripture on your wrist, all day long. Bible Verses puts a cross at the centre of your watch. A Bible verse sits in the bar of the cross and scrolls gently, like a bus sign, when you raise your wrist. The reference reads down the lower beam, with the time on the left and your heart rate, steps and battery on the right. VERSES • 460 verses on hope, strength, peace, love and faith • 4 public-domain translations: King James Version (English), Louis Segond 1910 (French), Reina-Valera 1909 (Spanish), Elberfelder 1905 (German) • The verse language follows your watch language, or you can pick one • A new verse every 5 minutes, every hour, every day or every 1,000 steps • Choose the topics you want to see DESIGN • 4 colour themes: Gold, Olivewood, Pearl and Crimson • Light rays and a soft glow behind the cross on AMOLED screens (can be turned off) • Always-on mode on AMOLED watches: outlined cross, verse reference and time, with burn-in protection • A crisp, high-contrast version for MIP and Instinct screens DATA • Heart rate, steps and battery (each one can be hidden) • 12- or 24-hour time, following your watch settings BATTERY FRIENDLY The verse only scrolls while you look at your watch. A long verse picks up where you left off the next time you raise your wrist. No permissions, no internet connection, no data collected. SETTINGS All settings are in the Connect IQ app on your phone: verse rotation, language, topics, colour theme, text size (normal, large, extra large), glow, scroll speed and data fields. Rotation, theme, text size, language, glow and data fields can also be changed on the watch (watch face menu → Customize). A verse you would like to see added? Use "Contact Developer" on this page.
