SETTINGS ON THE WATCH Hold UP, pick Watch Face, select Brimful, press START, then Customize. The menu is drawn in the style of the face: a short How it works guide, the liquid, the typeface, what fills the digits, the two fields, and switches for the seconds, the bubbles and the always-on brightness. The same settings are in Garmin Connect if you prefer the phone. YOUR TIME FILLS UP The time is drawn in giant glass digits. As you walk, a liquid rises inside them: its level is your progress toward the step goal set on your watch. Read it on the scale beside the digits, with the percent at the water line. The hours and the minutes each have their own liquid, and one level runs through all four digits. When you raise your wrist, the surface moves and bubbles rise. When you reach your goal, the digits are full to the brim, with foam on top. MAKE IT YOURS Six liquids: Lagoon, Lava, Toxic, Grape, Mercury, and a custom one with a colour of your choice for the hours and for the minutes. Two typefaces for the digits: round and condensed. What fills the digits: your step goal, Body Battery, stress, watch battery, your floors goal or your weekly intensity minutes goal. Two fields at the bottom: steps, heart rate, calories, floors, Body Battery, stress, watch battery, distance, intensity minutes, altitude, temperature, notifications, sunrise or sunset, respiration, pressure, or nothing. Seconds and bubbles can be switched off. If your watch has no value, the face shows -- and the digits stay empty rather than showing a made-up level. ALWAYS-ON A separate always-on design on a black screen: the outline of the digits and a thin line at the level. It shifts slightly every minute to protect the screen.
