Gym Timer is a rest timer and plank timer app for Garmin watches. Two ways to keep time in the gym, on the wrist where you can actually see them. Rest between sets: pick 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00 and press START. The watch buzzes twice when ten seconds are left, then once - long - when the rest is over. Press START again in the middle of a rest to cut it short: that starts a fresh rest and counts the set. The number of sets you have done today sits on the first screen. Plank and other holds: press START and the timer counts up, with a light buzz every 30 seconds so you can keep your eyes shut and your hips down. Press START to stop, and the app tells you right there whether you beat your best hold. Heart rate is on both screens, big enough to read while your arms are shaking. Every main action works from the two physical buttons - the part that matters when your hands are wet and the touchscreen has stopped listening. Your best plank and today's set count stay on the watch. Compatible watches: Venu 4/3/3S/2/2S/2 Plus, vivoactive 5/6, Forerunner 165/170/255/265/570/70/955/965/970, fenix 7/8/8 Pro/E, epix (Gen 2)/Pro, Enduro 3, Instinct 3 AMOLED, MARQ 2, D2 Mach 1/Mach 2/Air X10, Descent G2/Mk3, Approach S50/S70. Not supported: Forerunner 255S (screen too small for the layout) and the first-generation Venu / vivoactive 4 (no vector fonts, so Vietnamese text loses its diacritics). No account. Nothing leaves your watch. English and Vietnamese, switchable inside the app. More Garmin apps and watch faces by LiamLee: https://heyliam.me
