Easy Drink Water makes hydration effortless on your Garmin watch. Set up in seconds and the app builds a personalized daily water goal from your profile — sex, age, weight, height and activity level. Prefer a fixed target? Set your own goal (for example, 1 L a day) and it sticks every day. The app follows your watch's language setting and is available in English, Spanish, French and German — every screen, reminder and notification. - "Afternoon boost" is now "Catch-up boost": it adds reminders whenever you fall behind your daily pace, at any time of day — the new name says exactly that. - The snooze action is now "In 10 min", so it fits on every watch. - Long labels no longer get cut off, and reminder buttons never overlap their icons. What's New — v1.0.6 Bug fix: tapping "Drank water" on a reminder now logs your water again. After recent watch software updates, the watch no longer tells the app which reminder button you picked when the app was closed, so the choice was lost. The app now opens with a quick Drank / Postpone / Dismiss prompt so you can confirm in one tap. With the app already open, reminder buttons log directly as before. What's New — v1.0.5 Compatibility update. Easy Drink Water is now offered only on watches that support background reminders (Connect IQ 5.1+), so reminders work as intended for everyone. No changes for existing supported devices :( What's New — v1.0.4 New: correct your intake. On the Custom screen, set an amount and tap Remove to subtract it — handy if you logged too much by mistake. Add and Remove now sit side by side, and the amount shows in your chosen unit (mL or oz). What's New — v1.0.3 Bug fix: hydration reminders no longer show the question twice or a duplicate Dismiss button on some devices (for example Instinct 3). Quick actions remain: Drank water and Postpone 10 min (dismiss with BACK). What's New — v1.0.2 Units: switching to ounces now applies across the whole app (home, stats, daily goal, glance and reminders), not just the log screen. What's New — v1.0.1 Bug fixes for overnight schedules. When your active hours cross midnight (e.g. 9:00 AM–3:00 AM), your daily total no longer resets at midnight, and reminders now fire correctly through the night. Reminders also stay accurate on a new day even before you open the app. Log every glass with a single tap from a clean, round-screen layout. Watch the progress ring fill, and celebrate when you cross the halfway mark and reach your full goal — the ring turns gold at 100%. A built-in glance shows your progress right from the watch face. Smart, gentle reminders nudge you through the day only when you're falling behind — never after you've already met your goal. You choose the active hours and which days of the week reminders run. They work in the background even while the watch face is showing, with three quick actions straight from the notification: log water, postpone 10 minutes, or dismiss. Prefer a cue? Turn on a soft water-drop tone and vibration. Need a break? One master switch pauses everything, and the glance clearly shows the app is paused until you turn it back on.
