Most goal faces tell you how much you have done. Pace Rings also tells you how much you should have done by now. Three arcs around the edge fill toward your goals, and each one has a white mark where you should be at this time of day. Under the time, one line per goal: what you have done and how far ahead (green) or behind (orange) you are.
