A watch face like nothing else on your wrist: a photoreal X-ray of the arteries beneath your band, with the time rendered in dripping blood inside the corridor between your forearm bones. It's alive. A blood reservoir fills through the hour like an hourglass and drains at the top of the next; droplets fall from the digits and splatter on the surface; raise your wrist and the pool sloshes. A realistic anatomical heart thumps every two seconds beside your live heart rate, harder when your pulse is up. Press and hold the face for readouts drawn from your own body: hold the time for your blood-oxygen history, the heart for a 24-hour heart-rate trace, the steps for a 7-day step chart, or the top of the face to drain the reservoir and reveal the vessels beneath. ON THE X-RAY The time in dripping blood, 12- or 24-hour as your watch is set, with seconds while the watch is awake; the date above it; your step count bottom left and your heart rate bottom right. While the watch is awake, a pulse of blood runs along the artery, faster when your heart rate climbs. PRESS AND HOLD A watch face answers a press and hold: hold a part of the face for about a second. The blood-oxygen history covers the last 8 hours; the step chart shows today brightest. A readout closes by itself after a few seconds, or press and hold again to close it. If your watch has no history to show, the readout says NO DATA.
