Today's run from your JNMR plan on your wrist: steps, pace and heart-rate guidance, auto-lap. JNMR brings today's session from your JNMR Studio training plan to your watch and guides you through it, step by step. Requires a JNMR Studio account. Private beta, invite only. Join the beta at jnmr-studio.com. WHAT IT DOES - Today's session from your JNMR plan: title, steps, targets and a short note, in English or German (the language you use JNMR in). Rest days and other training days are shown as such. - Step-by-step guidance: warm-up, run, recovery and cool-down steps by time, distance or until you press LAP, including repeats. A tone and vibration mark every step change. - Pace and heart-rate guidance: your pace and heart rate against the planned range, with a clear "Slow down" or "Speed up" and a short tone when you leave the range for a while. - Two run pages: time or distance to go, pace and distance on one; heart rate, target and time on the other. - Auto-lap every kilometre (or mile) on steady runs, with lap pace and average heart rate. - "Warm-up first" to jog to your start, and a "Well done!" screen once today's session is saved. - Your run is recorded as a normal running activity on the watch and syncs to Garmin Connect like any other run. - Not paired yet? The app shows an example session you can browse and try as a demo run. GETTING STARTED 1. In JNMR open Settings, then "Garmin watch app", and tap "Show pairing code". 2. Open JNMR on your watch, press START, choose "Pair with JNMR" and enter the 6-digit code. REQUIREMENTS - A JNMR Studio account (private beta, invite only). - The Garmin Connect app on your phone, connected via Bluetooth, to load today's session. Once loaded, the session also works without the phone that day. - GPS and wrist heart rate for pace and heart-rate guidance. PRIVACY The watch app itself only receives today's session; it sends no runs, heart-rate or location data to JNMR. If you've connected Garmin in JNMR, your runs reach JNMR through that connection, as described in our privacy policy. Pairing stores a token on the watch that you can revoke any time in JNMR Settings.
