Built for rotating shifts. Any rotation — 4 on/4 off, 7/7, Panama, five and six week rosters. Nights that cross midnight. Swap a day without breaking the pattern. Know when to leave — countdown to your departure, not just your shift. Journey time per shift type, because nights are not the morning rush. See your recovery — the sleep window between two shifts, and the last 24 hours of Body Battery. Optional caffeine log — your own half-life, your own cutoff. Glance, four complications for any watch face, opt-in reminders. Everything stays on the watch. No account, no phone app, no cloud. Not a medical device. Plans your sleep, does not measure it. Reminders are notifications, not alarms. HOW TO USE IT SET UP ONCE — ABOUT A MINUTE 1. Open ShiftPilot. It starts with a sample rotation so nothing is empty. 2. Menu → Rotation — pick the template closest to your roster, or Start today to re-anchor the pattern to today's shift. 3. Menu → Commute — set your journey time for each shift type. 4. Connect IQ settings — sleep target, wind-down, arrive-early margin, caffeine half-life, reminders. EVERY DAY Glance — shift, start time, energy, departure time, without opening anything. Page 1 · Today — today, tomorrow, and your next working shift. Page 2 · Leave — the countdown to departure. Green while you are ahead, amber in the last five minutes, red once it has passed. Press GO TIME as you walk out. Page 3 · Recovery — your planned sleep window and the last 24 hours of Body Battery. Page 4 · Caffeine — what is still active, and when you last had one. Press to log a drink. CHANGE A DAY Page 1, press START, pick the day, choose a replacement shift, OFF or holiday. Clear it again with Use rotation default. ON YOUR WATCH FACE Add the ShiftPilot complications to any face, or install ShiftPilot Face for the full contextual layout.
