Описание

FastRing is a standalone fasting timer designed entirely for your watch. It uses a color-coded ring to show your current metabolic stage and monitors physical strain through stress and Body Battery data. [Key Features] - Progress Ring Displays elapsed time prominently in the center of the screen. The ring's colors and markers clearly indicate your progress toward your goal and stage transitions. - Metabolic Stages Tracks 5 stages: Digestion, Glycogen Depletion, Fat Burning, Ketosis, and Extended Fasting. Timings are general estimates and adjust dynamically to advance faster based on your activity when exercising in a fasted state. - Body Status Check Displays stress levels during fasting, Body Battery, resting heart rate compared to your baseline, and fasted workouts. You only receive alerts when signs of physical strain are detected. - Flexible Plans Choose from 14, 16, 18, or 20-hour daily plans, Sunset to Sunrise, 24–72 hour extended fasts, or a custom duration from 1 to 96 hours. - Reminders Notifications for hydration, 30 minutes before your goal, goal completion, and before your eating window closes. No notifications are sent while you sleep. - History & Tracking Tracks current streaks for daily plans, plus monthly counts and total hours for extended fasts. Fasts ended early are still logged with their actual duration. - Time Editing & Glance Forgot to start or stop the timer? You can edit start and end times up to 2 days back. Check elapsed and remaining time quickly via the Glance view. [How to Use] Press START to begin; your watch will vibrate when you reach your goal. Press START to end the fast and view your eating window along with refeeding tips. Press DOWN for details, and MENU to open settings. [Privacy] All fasting data is stored locally on your watch. The only information sent externally is what is required to verify your purchase. [Free Trial & Purchase] Enjoy full access to all features free for 7 days after installation. After the trial, you can purchase the app on your smartphone via the QR code displayed on your watch. Payments are processed securely through KiezelPay. [Disclaimer] This app does not provide medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, underweight, have a history of eating disorders, or take diabetes medication. Stop fasting immediately if you feel unwell.
