Описание

ROXER puts your HYROX training plan on your Garmin watch. Open ROXER on your wrist and today's session from your plan is ready: every run, station and rest, in order, with the targets your plan set. HOW IT WORKS - Today's session: see the title, length and steps before you start. - Step by step: press LAP for the next step. Timed runs and rests count down and move on by themselves. - Clear targets: pace ranges for runs, distances and loads for stations. - Progress ring: a ring around the edge shows where you are in the session, coloured by runs, stations and rests. - Real recording: heart rate and GPS, one lap per step, saved to Garmin Connect as a HIIT activity (Cardio on older watches). - Results in ROXER: your time, distance and heart rate for each step go back to ROXER, so your plan knows what you did. - No phone needed mid-session: today's session is saved on the watch, and results upload the next time the watch connects. WHAT YOU NEED - The ROXER app for iPhone with a ROXER Pass subscription. - Your watch paired with the Garmin Connect app on your phone. GETTING STARTED 1. Open ROXER on your watch. It shows a 6-character code. 2. In the ROXER app, open Profile, then Connections, then Garmin, and enter the code. 3. That's it. Today's session appears whenever your plan has one. To link a different account, hold UP on the Today screen (or touch and hold the screen) and choose "Unlink from ROXER". Questions or feedback: [email protected]
