A bold instrument display for tactix 8 Solar 51 mm and fenix 8 Solar 51 mm. Choose the typography directly on your watch: Flight Deck (B612 Mono Bold), High Visibility (Atkinson Hyperlegible Mono Bold), or Classic seven-segment digits. The choice changes the time, BPM and ordinary data readings; fixed numeric positions keep changing values steady. Bright B612 labels and larger status/units improve glance reading. Features: • Current Garmin heart rate with a trend of measured BPM values and a perspective depth effect. • Green watch-battery ring with an amber charge marker. • Weather condition, temperature, weekday/date and optional UTC/Zulu time. • Four configurable fields: steps, heart rate, altitude, ambient pressure, calories, watch battery, Body Battery, running VO2 max or weather temperature. • Warped engineering grid, terrain/grid or background off; selectable colors, units and time format. • Touch-and-hold shortcuts to supported Garmin glances. Open this face’s Settings/Customize, then Font to choose a font. The same setting is available in Connect IQ. Font choice and display preferences persist across restarts. For the simplest high contrast view choose White instrument and Background Off. The Solar MIP display requires ambient light or the watch backlight in darkness. The leading HR trace represents measured BPM; rear projections, scanner and calculated BPM cadence are visual effects. This is not ECG, EEG or a recording of individual heartbeats. Motion runs only while visible and awake, subject to Garmin scheduling. Missing data shows -- or NO WX. Weather requires Garmin-provided observations; Body Battery and VO2 max require those Garmin values to exist. The battery is watch charge; phone battery is unavailable. All features are free. No subscriptions, payments, tips, donations, advertising or developer data collection. Store illustrations use sample data. Independent design inspired by public cockpit typography research; no military/aviation certification or affiliation with Garmin, NASA or Lockheed Martin.
